ROYAL ICING With Meri White, EGG White SUBSTITUTE: fast, EASY and NO Mixer Needed!. Royal Icing with Meri-White is an ALTERNATIVE TO using EGG WHITE. I keep it in the cupboard just in case. I'd seen in made with Mixer, but there's no reason why it can't be made without. See the link below for a good vid of the same made with electric mixer.
